Refunds & Cancellations

Here at Dizney Dealz, we strive to make every item that we offer, the best of the best. If you feel that your item arrived damaged or has an error, please let us know immediately. RETURN POLICY

New, unworn items can be returned to Dizney Dealz within 7 days of delivery. Please note that because all of our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 50% restocking fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once your order has been submitted, we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 50% of the total amount of the item. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Representatives.

Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
